This is not a new thing. It happens all the time and why is this arrest was so important. My own mother was duped by a jeweler in pettah years ago and she was lucky to get her money back. Then in the 80s German tourist who were regulars to a store in Mtlavinia was duped and they never went to that shop again. So what is new.
