ලංකා ඛණිජ තෙල් සංස්ථාව පාඩු ලැබීමට හේතු විදුලි බල හා බලශක්ති අමාත්‍ය කංචන විජේසේකර මහතා විසින් සිය ට්විටර් ගිණුම හරහා ප්‍රකාශයට පත්කර තිබේ. ඔහු දක්වා ඇති හේතු පහත පරිදි වෙයි.
1. වසර ගණනාවක් සහන මිලට නිෂ්පාදන විකිණීම
2. රුපියල අවප්‍රමාණය
3. ශ්‍රී ලංකන් ගුවන් සේවය වෙතින් ගෙවිය යුතු ඇමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 300, ලංකා විදුලි බල මණ්ඩලයෙන් අයවිය යුතු රුපියල් බිලියන 60
4. මූල්‍ය ගැටලුකාරීත්වය හේතුවෙන් ඉහළ වාරික, ප්‍රමාද ගාස්තු හා බැංකු පොලී
5. අතිරික්ත සේවක, අකාර්යක්ෂමතාව හා වැඩිපුර ගෙවීම්
6. 2012 සිට සාමූහික ගිවිසුමක් මත 25% වැටුප් වර්ධක
7. පිරිපහදුව ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවීම සහ ආනයනය කරන ලද පිරිපහදු කළ නිෂ්පාදන මත රඳා පවතී

Why the authorities paying USD 700 to 890 per MT for Petrol, diesel, crude oil and spot buying for around USD 1275 DAP at Colombo when these commodities available at or below USD 250 per MT at Colombo???? Besides, 12.5 kg demestic gas cylinder filled with gas can be sold at or below Rs. 2400 /- and instead Litro and Laugh sold it to the consumeralmost Rs. 5000/- and 7000/- respectively. Why is that? Since January 2022 to-date the government's failed to agreed for the above and then what about any other to solve problems prevailing in the country? Is that because of the two conditions inserted in the proposals, that is to say, 1. No commissions involved to anybody under any circumstances as the quotations for the masses of Sri Lanka. 2. The benefits of the lower prices must go totally to the consumers. Why the MR not advise stop on the above jaawaarama to Kanchana Wijesekera?
