2019 වසරේ අයවැය අනුව විශේෂ අවශ්යතා ඇති පුද්ගලයන්ට ලබාදෙන දීමනාව රුපියල් 2000 සිට රුපියල් 5000 දක්වා වැඩි කළ අතර එය එළැඹෙන ජුලි 01 දා සිට ක්රියාත්මක බව මුදල් අමාත්ය මංගල සමරවීර මහතා පවසයි.
