බූවැලිකඩ කඩා වැටුණු නිවසට සැලසුම ඇඳ ඇත්තේ දෙමහල් නිවසකට
මහනුවර බූවැලිකඩ සංඝමිත්තා මාවතේ කඩා වැටුණ පස් මහල් ගොඩනැගිල්ල ඉදිකිරීමේ නිත්‍යානුකූල භාවය සම්බන්ධයෙන් දිගින් දිගටම විමර්ශන සිදුකළ මහනුවර මූලස්ථාන පොලීසිය එම නිවසේ සැලසුම ඇඳීම සිදුකළ සැලසුම් ශිල්පියා ගෙන්ද ප්‍රශ්න කොට තිබේ .
එහිදී එහි සැලසුම් ශිල්පියා පවසා ඇත්තේ අදාළ සේවා දායකයා එම ස්ථානයේ දෙමහල් නිවසක් ඉදිකිරීම සඳහා සැලසුමක් අඳින ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටි බවත් ඒ අනුව නිවාස සැලසුම ඇඳි බවත්ය.

Unlike in Sri Lanka nobody in the US is allowed to occupy a building unless it is completed. No building is started without permits and once it completed the authorities sign off on the project as completed as permitted. Utilities are activate only after the building is signed off. Once authorities receive the sign off notice they calculate the annual property tax due on the property. I don't think that happens in Sri Lanka.
